30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. To initiate a return, email us at support@fitakira.com with your order number.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please email support@fitakira.com with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly — at no cost to you.
HOW TO RETURN
Email support@fitakira.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will confirm your return and provide the return address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty or we made an error.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
